Prof. Chen invited to serve IPC Chair for ICFDA2025 in Algier Algeria
Prof. Chen was invited to serve IPC Chair for the 13th IFAC Conference on Fractional Differentiation and its Applications, Algiers, Algeria, December 15-17, 2025
Prof. Chen served ICFDA community as the Steering Committee Chair from 2014 to 2024. He attended all ICFDA event from the first 2004 FDA to 2024 ICFDA, both in Bordeaux, France.
He co-organized 2002 IEEE CDC preconference workshop on Applied Fractional Calculus in Control Systems, Robotics in Las Vegas - the compiled booklet is here [PDF]. He also attended the first FDTA in 2003 in Chicago. See more history at https://mechatronics.ucmerced.edu/fdta
