The MESA Lab was established by Professor YangQuan Chen in 2012. This multi-disciplinary group researches a broad range of topics including:
- Unmanned Aerial Systems and UAV-based Personal Remote Sensing
- Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS)
- Modeling and Control of Renewable Energy Systems
- Mechatronics
- Applied Fractional Calculus (AFC)
