Prof. Chen was listed in the Highly Cited Researchers 2021, per the release on 11/15/2021 https://recognition.webofscience.com/awards/highly-cited/2021/ in the cross-Field category. This is his 4th consecutive year in this list since 2018. This big data analytics is only fractionally true on telling a researcher's research excellence which is hard to quantify but not impossible. Do not take this too seriously, it is only fractionally true.
