Congratulations to Professor YangQuan Chen for serving as Section Editor for "Encyclopedia of Complexity and Systems Science"
It is a great pleasure to announce that, Professor YangQuan Chen was recently appointed as Section Editor (or Volume Editor-in-Chief) for the new volume entitled "Fractional Calculus for Complex Systems", part of the 2nd edition of "Encyclopedia of Complexity and Systems Science", Editor: Meyers, Robert A. (Ed.) to be published by 2020. The first edition was published in 2009 with 10370 pages [local copy of the Front Matter].
