MESA Lab won COVID-19 research funding from Alianza UCMX

InnovaUNAM of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and Alianza UCMX of the University of California (UC) in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico, announced 20 awards to the Special Call for Binational Collaborative Projects addressing COVID-19

Together with Prof. Rafael Barrio, Instituto de Fisica UNAM, MESA Lab was awarded the phase-1 grant under project ttle "Fractional calculus based modeling & prediction of COVID19 spreading with network effects." Congratulations!

This project will be our MESA Lab's theme of COVID-19 spreading dynamics modeling, analysis, design of controls (MAD) harvesting the use of fractional calculus.
