Professor Chen is listed in 2018 HCR (highly cited researchers list)
It is fun to see the list but I confess: I never tried to squeeze in this HCR list. It's simply a byproduct of our original research efforts over the past years. Thanks to the big data era that tells.
Exploring the list, people can quickly discover that not all listed are good researchers. I confess: I want to be a good researcher in a normal sense. Well, anomalous is normal ... everyone can be an outlier ...
