Based on our previous FAA COA application success at Utah State University (mainly by Austin Jensen), Brandon Stark, Ph.D. student and MESA Lab Manager led the first successful FAA COA application at UC Merced in May 2013. We carefully summarized what we experienced and learned and now we will be able to offer real help to those who need to apply FAA COA.
